What is My ChurchSuite? . . .

My ChurchSuite is your personal window onto life at KCC giving you easy access to contact details for your church family, key info on upcoming events and dates & times when you are next serving. It is the best place to get this information because it is the most up-to-date and can be accessed 24x7. If you have a smartphone you can even access it wherever you are. It is the information source used by your KCC admin team!

Do I need to be a KCC Member? . . .

No. If you consider KCC as your home church and have been coming along regularly for 3 months or more, we would love you to be using My ChurchSuite. It will help you connect with your church family. If you are part of a small group or serving on a rota team, we particularly encourage you to sign-up. In a few clicks you can text / email anyone in your small group or rota team and even get a route to their home (provided they have made their contact details visible). You do need to be 18 or over.

How do I get My ChurchSuite? . . .

If you are 18 or over and have been coming along regularly for 3 months or more, and you have an email address, please contact the admin team on office@thekingscentre.org.uk. They will send you an email inviting you to My ChurchSuite. Click on the link and set a password. This password is personal to you and should not be given out to anyone else. It should not be one you have used elsewhere. It must be 8 or more characters and have at least 1 capital letter and 1 number.

Do I need a smartphone? . . .

No. You can access My ChurchSuite from any computer with internet access. You will need an email address and password to login. See "How do I get My ChurchSuite". In your internet browser copy this web address into the address bar. This will take you to the login screen. You will find it much easier if you create a bookmark (favourite) of this address.

How is my privacy protected? . . .

Firstly, we care about people’s privacy and data security. We take our responsibilities under the Data Protection Act (1998) seriously.
Secondly, KCC have put in place certain controls such as 1) Only people who have been invited can log into My ChurchSuite 2) Only KCC members can see contact details for other members 3) Non-members can only see contact details for those in their small group or rota team.
Thirdly, you have control over who in your church family can see what. You have the option to not show your address, email, landline and mobile number. Given that a key aim of My ChurchSuite is to help the church family connect with each other, we encourage all My ChurchSuite users to make their settings as open as they are comfortable with.
